LOCAL SHIPPING INFORMATION
You will receive your order anywhere from 1-9 business days from the date that it is shipped out. After your payment is authorised and verified, it can still take up to two days to process your order. This doesn’t include weekends or holidays. During sale periods please allow additional processing time. You will receive a shipping notification email that will notify you of the carrier we’ve used to ship your order, and your tracking number.
Please post all returns to;

Merchandise must be returned within 7 days of receipt.
Merchandise must be unworn and unwashed.
Merchandise must have all tags, including attached hangtags.
Merchandise must be returned in the original garment bag.
All footwear returns must include all tags and shoe bag in its original condition
Merchandise bought on sale may be not be returned or exchanged.
All swimwear returns must have hygiene liners still intact and hangtags attached.

Hassle-free Taxes and Duties
All applicable customs and import duties and fees will be estimated at checkout for your information – these will not be charged by Marho. Some countries may require additional fees paid Collect on Delivery (COD). These fees are paid to the local carrier and are not collected by Australia.
Customs authorities require that we state the value of your order directly on your order. Customs agents have the right to release or deny release of your order, and in unusual cases may delay delivery.
